Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Neven Eye. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Our standard delivery timeframe is 7-15 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on seasonal demand, carrier logistics, and destinations.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Neven Eye is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs clearance delays, etc.). Please be aware that customs checks in your destination country may occasionally cause delivery extensions beyond our standard 7-15 business days estimate.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please reach out to our support team within 7 days of the delivery status date at neveneyesunglasses@gmail.com.
